The following is to communicate that UNION’s Mobile Health Center (MHC) is adhering to all department of health recommendations, and as a result is temporarily adjusting some of our services and schedules.

Should you require medical attention during this time, please visit one of UNION’s Family Medicine Practices located at:

260 E 188^th Street-3^rd Floor, Bronx NY 10458 or

2021 Grand Concourse Avenue, Bronx NY 10452.

Should you need to book an appointment at any of the UNION locations or for general inquiries, please call  718-220-2020.
