UCHC Raises Awareness Around the Importance of Children’s Dental Health

In conjunction with the American Dental Association’s Give Kids a Smile program, Union Community Health Center kicked-off Children’s Dental Health Month with a fun two-day event recognizing the importance of pediatric oral health for teething children through adolescence.

Kids were invited to come meet the puppet mascots, Mrs. Flossy and Mr. Brushems and participate in interactive activities, receive educational information, coloring books, healthy treats and giveaways.

UCHC’s Dr. Margolin, Dr. Marciano and Dr. Feldman joined us for UCHC Live where they discussed Children’s Dental Health Month, as well as tips and tools on how to keep kids’ teeth healthy. https://www.facebook.com/unioncommunityhealthcenter/videos/2326676557545872/
