Please note that the Mobile Health Van will be down from November 28th until November 29th.  Resuming business on Monday, December 2nd, 2019.

If you have an emergency, please call 911. Union Community Health Center will be open for care on Friday, November 29th, 2019.  If you need to be seen, please call 718-220-2020.  For Mobile Health inquiries or to make an appointment with the Mobile Health Center, feel free to call 718-960-3388.
